Sign up to myworkoutbox.com (it's free), add your clients, then choose whether to invite them right away or at some point later. Even if you choose not to invite them, you'd still be able to write and assign your workout routines... although by inviting your clients, they will be automatically notified whenever you publish a new workout routine for them, and for them only.
WRITE A NEW WORKOUT ROUTINE
When it comes to publishing a new workout routine for one of your clients through myworkoutbox.com, you simply have to write all the exercises in the built-in text editor. After that, you'll be able to choose whether or not to add attachments, such as diets, or other significant material for your client. Before you save and publish your training program, we also give you a chance to attach demo videos to it.
ATTACH DEMO VIDEOS
We record demo videos that are free for you to use. These demo videos show to your clients how to execute exercises, in case they don't remember it or simply don't know it at all. We usually tend to add videos with the most common gym exercises, that will help you save time when it comes to explain to your clients what they're supposed to do in their next workout routine.
